TBE’s Civil Rights Trip

Temple Beth Emeth's Social Action Commitee presents an Adult Civil Rights Journey. Participants in the journey will become empowered and inspired, get involved after realizing they have power to make a difference, meet with Reverends who worked and strategized with Dr. King and people who participated in the march from Selma to Montgomery, discuss Jewish involvement in the Movement and how Passover correlates so strongly with the Civil Rights story, visit the Equal Justice Initiative and the Names Project/AIDS Quilt, and much more.
