Melton’s Understanding Zionism: The Return to the Jewish Homeland with Rabbi Ethan Bair

This runs for 6 consecutive Mondays from 6-8pm. The Melton Course on the
History of Zionsim offers in-depth exploration of Zionism’s history, tracing
its evolution from ancient religious longings for a return to Zion into a
19th-century political movement, culminating in the 1948 establishment of
Israel. Key themes include the influence of Theodor Herzl, the “pioneer”
Aliyahs, and modern challenges in Zionism. Registration through the Melton
website is required.
