Federation Receives Campaign Award

The Jewish Federation of Washtenaw County is one of only thirteen recipients of the United Jewish Communities (UJC) Sapir Award for Campaign Excellence. The Sapir Award is UJC’s highest honor for outstanding annual campaigns among the 155 Jewish federations and 400 independent Jewish communities across North America. The Sapir Award is named for Israel’s third Minister of Finance, Pinhas Sapir, who left his mark on Israel as a true builder of the country and as a Zionist.
