DESCRIPTION:Hazon 6th Annual Michigan Michigan Jewish Food Festival\nTaste • Experience • Explore • Create • Connect • Shop • Learn\n“We are so excited to announce that the Hazon Michigan Jewish Food Festival\, that we have all come to love and look forward to\, will be back in full swing this August at a very exciting new venue!  The Festival will be on Sunday\, August 21\, 2022\, from 11:00 am – 4:00 pm at the DNR Outdoor Adventure Center. We’re thrilled to gather together at a new location in the heart of some of Detroit’s most beautiful public spaces. \nThe Outdoor Adventure Center invites guests to enjoy an up-close indoor exploration of Michigan’s great outdoors. The center features a 40-foot-tall\, manmade\, interactive tree; off-road vehicle\, bicycle\, kayak\, canoe and fishing-boat simulators; a life-size beaver lodge and eagle’s nest; an indoor archery range; a 3\,000-gallon\, freshwater aquarium; a man-made waterfall with a 36-foot drop; and plenty more to see and experience. \nThe Festival will engage children\, teens\, adults\, seniors\, and families in transformative and educational experiences in the areas of food\, food justice\, farming\, sustainability\, environmental initiatives\, climate change\, and health for themselves and their communities while having an amazing and fun time!
