Adults are constantly told the importance of getting 8 hours of sleep per night, but how many of us actually get enough sleep?

Join Third Thursday @ the J as we welcome Donovan T. Maust and Erica Soloway who will discuss the results of The National Poll on Healthy Aging’s 2017 report on sleep.  The National Poll on Healthy Aging is a recurring, nationally representative survey of American adults run through the University of Michigan. Results from the polls are used to inform policies related to health and health care. Click here for more information.
