However\, at\nan Israeli military checkpoint\, soldiers declare his travel permit invalid and\nsend him back\, while his classmates continue on. Determined and heartbroken\,\nKhaled sets out alone to reach the sea\, despite not knowing the way or\nspeaking Hebrew.
