What was it like to come to America? What were the joys and woes when you\, your parents\, or (great) grandparents first arrived? Is there a funny story to tell? A tragic story? Did coming here meet your (your family member’s) expectations? What did you/they wish you had known? \nYour story should be short (no more than a typed page). Tell us where you/your family member came from and when they arrived here.
