He has fallen\nin love with his piano teacher\, Rachel\, a French Jewish woman and as the\nforces of Nazi Germany bear down on their lives\, their relationship becomes\nmore complex. Determined and heartbroken\,\nKhaled sets out alone to reach the sea\, despite not knowing the way or\nspeaking Hebrew.
