DESCRIPTION:Join Cantor Regina Hayut in welcoming Cantor Lisa Levine for a Sunday brunch exploring Cuba! \nCantor Lisa Levine is a nationally known composer\, recording artist\, author and worship artist. Cantor Levine was ordained in 1989 from the HUC-JIR DFSSM in New York and since then has spent her career building bridges through music which brings people of all faiths and cultural diversity together. Her love affair with the Jewish community of Cuba began with her first mission to the country in 2005. Upon arrival\, she quickly learned that her guitar did all the talking. Her concert brought about a meaningful relationship that continues to thrive even through these days of the Covid pandemic. Cantor Levine will share the story of the Cuban Jewish community through story and song.
